Our channel, Sport TV is the broadcaster of NBA matches in Hungary. Our main goal was to show our viewers the amazing atmosphere of the 2019 NBA Global Game in London. There is only one NBA match in Europe every year and as Comissioner Adam Silver told us, for the association it’s like a European All-Star Game. And to give an inside look to the whole series of side events that took place in London before the great game is essential.
We also had a chance to talk with world famous former and active NBA and WNBA players about this experience. Moreover Gheorghe Muresan, Tomas Satoransky and Mario Hezonja are from our Eastern European region (Romania, Czech Republic and Croatia). Tthey could share with us their story and tell a few things about their journey to became NBA players.
Hungary doesn’t have an NBA player right now, our best player is playing in Barcelona Hezonja’s and Satoransky’s former team. We thought Hungarian fans would love to know what these stars are thinking about our number one player and they were very kind to tell us.
